Proceed as follows if our jackpots.ch app does not work as expected on your iPhone or iPad.
1. Close and reopen the app
Force close the app. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
2. Restart the device
Restart your device. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
3. Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap on your profile icon and scroll down. If there are no updates available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
4. Delete the app and then download it again
Delete the app. Then download the jackpots.ch app again. Then check whether the problem with the app has been resolved.
